Job Description
MK Machining is a fast growing manufacturing company, specializing in 3D printing. We are taking applications for a qualified individual to join our Production department. This job requires proficiency in organization, attention-to-detail, and initiative, where both speed and accuracy are required. We are seeking high potential contributors who will demonstrate exceptional skills in the Production department. We need someone who has attention-to-detail and is up-to-date on the latest trends in manufacturing processes. This is a great way for you to get experience in a small company and be a key part of a rapidly growing business.
Expected Duties:
- Perform all duties with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
- Be on time and communicate scheduling issues with leadership.
- Maintain and prepare HP printers for
- Manage and maintain processing stations and material supply according to priority, needs, and work instructions.
- Maintain shop machinery and perform preventative maintenance.
- Process builds through initial blasting and polishing according to priority, needs, and work instructions.
- Process builds and production parts through dye according to priority, needs, and work instructions.
- Identify, sort, and check in builds via AMFG and Monday boards.
- Track and record production as instructed.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Be proactive in duties.
- Maintain a high degree of communication with peers and leadership.
- Collaborate and work to continually improve processes by providing constructive feedback.
- Be open to and willing to learn additional skills, knowledge, and duties.
- Additional assigned duties as required and directed by leadership or designees.
- Always strive to provide the best products to our customers.
