Montessori Assistant Teacher

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Montessori Assistant Teacher to join our team, supporting daily activities of the children for the day. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childhood development and education, with experience in literacy education, behavior management, and working with students of various needs. Candidates will also get career guidance to advance their careers.

Timings Available:

8:30 am to 3:30 pm, 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing educational programs and activities
• Support students in their learning and development
• Help manage student behavior and create a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience
• Contribute to curriculum development and lesson planning
• Assist in childcare operations and early childhood education activities (Helping with a few diapers, cooking and cleaning)

Requirements:

• Preferred some experience working with children in an educational setting (Some experience as a nanny is also welcome)
• A high school degree is a MUST
• Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Previous experience in childcare, special education, or related fields is a plus
