Principal Position Summary:

Coordinate scheduling, transportation, equipment, and facility use in collaboration with the Activities Director. Maintain accurate records, including eligibility, participation, and program inventory. Foster strong communication with players, parents, staff, and the community. Promote the football program through youth engagement, camps, and community outreach. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, including proper training in equipment use and concussion protocols.

Qualifications:

Valid Iowa coaching authorization or teaching license with coaching endorsement. Knowledge of and experience with 8-man football strategies and program development preferred.
