Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Step into a pivotal imaging role performing advanced MRI procedures across multi-site clinical locations. As a skilled MRI Technologist, you'll work with Siemens 1.5T and 3T equipment to support patients and clinical teams in a dynamic environment. This contract opportunity offers a 13-week engagement, with the possibility of floating between sites to meet patient care needs.
Schedule & Hours:
Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours guaranteed) Flexible assignments: Any three shifts per week, Monday-Sunday No nights, no on-call required
Qualifications:
Valid ARRT (MR) certification required Minimum 5 years' MRI experience in a clinical setting Proven ability to start IVs independently (required) Comfortable working autonomously (1 tech per machine) Proficiency with Epic electronic health records Strong communication and adaptability across shifts and clinical locations Preferred experience: Assisting with breast biopsies and research studies; current MRSO certification
Key Duties:
Perform high-quality MRI studies using Siemens 1.5T and 3T scanners Ensure all studies meet internal and regulatory standards for safety and accuracy Manage workflow independently, adapting to changing priorities and patient volumes Start IVs and prepare patients for contrast-enhanced procedures Support breast biopsy imaging procedures and contribute to research initiatives (if experienced) Accurately document patient and procedural information using Epic This contract role offers a collaborative environment focused on excellence in patient imaging and safety.
