Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Step into a vital role delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging as an MRI Technologist. Use your expertise to assist clinicians in accurate patient diagnoses in a supportive, technologically advanced environment. This is a contract opportunity for individuals passionate about patient care and precise imaging.

Qualifications & Experience:
Completion of an accredited MRI Technology program Current registration with ARRT (MRI) or equivalent credential Valid BLS certification Demonstrated competency operating MRI scanners and associated diagnostic software Strong understanding of MRI safety protocols and patient privacy standards Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience as an MRI Tech in a clinical or hospital setting preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring comfort and safety Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation Adhere strictly to infection control and safety policies Perform routine equipment checks and promptly report malfunctions Provide patient education, addressing concerns and explaining procedures
