In this energetic role, you will oversee daily administrative functions, coordinate property leasing activities, and ensure exceptional customer service for residents and prospects alike. Responsibilities Manage property leasing processes, including showing units, processing applications, and executing lease agreements Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems for tenant records, contracts, and legal documents Coordinate property maintenance requests and oversee facilities management to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries promptly via phone or in person, ensuring a positive experience Administer rent collection, late notices, and lease renewals while adhering to Fair Housing regulations Utilize property management software to track occupancy rates, rent payments, and maintenance schedules Handle conflict management situations professionally while negotiating lease terms or resolving tenant disputes in accordance with landlord-tenant law Qualifications Proven experience in property management is a plus QuickBooks experience, accounts payable and accounts receivable Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, filing, and contract management Exceptional customer service abilities coupled with effective phone etiquette and conflict resolution skills Experience in facilities management or property maintenance coordination is preferred Ability to oversee maintenance team and coordinate schedule between tenants and staff This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in property management while making a tangible difference in residents' lives.
