This person will be in charge of the daily store duties with a strong emphasis on excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, have the ability to work independently, and be committed to a friendly, inclusive, non-pushy environment. Duties Daily store operations, including opening and closing, and cash handling. Help manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to ensure product availability and presentation. Train new employees on store policies, POS systems, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure an overall positive experience. Qualifications Experience in retail sales and/or store supervision, ideally within a music environment. Must be somewhat tech literate. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers. Knowledge of inventory management systems (POS), merchandising, and retail math principles. Ability to work independently. Familiarity with retail sales techniques, pricing strategies, and marketing concepts. Ability to handle all register transactions accurately. Friendly, enjoys talking to people, and likes working hard.

Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
