Primary Duties and Responsibilities Operate nanofabrication and characterization equipment to execute process steps to consistently produce semiconductor devices to a high level of quality. Follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records of production activities. Work closely with the production manager to meet weekly production goals and yield quotas. Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemistry, Physics, Nanoengineering; or a related field. Proven experience in nanofabrication or microfabrication processes in a production cleanroom environment. High attention to detail and note taking skills. Experience with mass production nanofabrication tools with automated cassette loading and robotic arms such as cluster tools. Operational experience of nanofabrication and characterization toolsets including but not limited to: spin coating, photolithography, wet development, spin rinse drying, liftoff, optical microscopes, ellipsometry, contact profilometry. Experience handling hazardous chemicals for wet processing such as HF or BOE. Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced research and development environment with ability to adapt and learn new processes quickly. 0-2 years of proven related industry experience, with non-academic research experience a plus Why Work at Fabric8Labs? regular catered company events and celebrations. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications. The expected salary range for this role is $48,000 to $62,000 annually.
