You will be responsible for serving as the primary source of continuity and expertise regarding planning, coordinating, conducting, evaluating, and administering Marine Corps policy and doctrine for training. You will be responsible for managing the recruit training process that includes planning, curriculum development, execution, assessment, and feedback/refinement. You will be responsible for ensuring effective workload distribution and utilization of personnel skills and abilities. You will be responsible for performing supervisory duties including employee compliance, hiring, development, and performance management. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing a training program; leading an operational team in planning, evaluating, and administering Marine Corps Recruit Training or related Military Training; and developing, reviewing, and implementing policies for training military personnel or similar personnel.
