Natural Stone/Wood Floor Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Natural Stone/Wood Floor Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and restoration of natural stone surfaces such as marble, granite, limestone, and travertine. Your expertise will help preserve the beauty and integrity of high-end flooring and surfaces in commercial and residential settings. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of natural stone surfaces using appropriate techniques and environmentally friendly products. Conduct floor care procedures including buffing, polishing, sealing, and grinding to restore surface luster and durability. Use specialized tools and equipment to maintain the condition of marble, granite, limestone, and other natural stones. Execute carpet cleaning, janitorial tasks, and custodial services as needed to support overall site cleanliness. Identify and address surface imperfections or damage, applying restorative techniques to enhance appearance. Follow safety protocols during all maintenance procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and any repairs or restorations completed. Skills Proven experience in cleaning and maintaining natural stone surfaces, wood floor refinishing, or tile instalation with a focus on quality results. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, polishing, sealing, and grinding. Familiarity with carpet cleaning, janitorial services, custodial work, and environmental cleaning standards. Ability to operate specialized equipment such as floor buffers, polishers, grinders, and extraction machines safely. Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to surface preservation. Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients effectively. Pay:

$26.60 - $45.00 per hour
