Site Director You Will:
When you join our team as a
Site Director:
Lead, Supervise, and Inspire teachers to build unique and engaging classroom experiences Plan daily program schedule and activities based on the curriculum provided Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our camps by hosting hiring and enrollment events Maintain high level of health and safety for all staff and families Build positive relationships with families, teachers, school community partners
Required Skills and Experience:
48 general college credits (in any field) OR willingness to complete Para Exam (previous child care required for testing) at least 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of leadership/supervisor position related to childcare
  • must be verifiable.
