JOB SUMMARY

This is an entry level position that provides service to internal and external guest while ensuring gaming devices receive maintenance, repairs, perform projects, and test gaming equipment in a timely manner to ensure maximum opportunity of availability.

JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Endorse the business objectives, ethics, and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision and Values Ø Conduct preventative maintenance on gaming devices Ø Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to calls over the radio Ø Take initiative to provide internal and external service to guest, coworkers and supervisors Ø Conduct manufacturers I/O tests Ø Observe repairs conducted by higher Level Game Technicians Ø Invoke service recovery Ø Perform ticket in/out, and multi-denomination testing on gaming devices in accordance with internal controls Ø Translate and explain game recall, pay tables and logs Ø Isolate and diagnose repairs on gaming devices, sub-component, and related equipment Ø Install, convert and move gaming devices Ø Posses the ability to work in a individual, or team environment Ø Maintain technical brand certification (yearly) Ø Demonstrate high levels of required service skills on a consistent basis Ø Delight our guests with outstanding service Ø Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies/procedures in an ethical manner

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Ø High school diploma or GED required Ø One year electronics Training, Certification, Technical School or experience preferred Ø Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and meet company driver eligibility requirements, including fewer than three moving violations and fewer than three accidents within the past three years, and no disqualifying driving-related incidents within the past three years, including suspension of driving privileges, DUI/DWI convictions, reckless driving convictions, two or more speeding violations exceeding 25 mph over the posted speed limit, or any citation for unlawful cell phone use while operating a vehicle Ø Must demonstrate the following essential knowledge and skills: Ø Basic electronics knowledge Ø Use of hand tools Ø Willingness to learn Ø Excellent attendance record in previous positions Ø Attention to detail Ø Neat, professional appearance with excellent personal hygiene Ø Follow written and oral communications Ø Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ø Use multi-meter (AC/DC and continuity test) Ø

•Use of manufacturers test equipment

•Not required at time of hire for Level I; may be learned during probationary period as agreed upon at time of hire.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

Ø Must be able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations Ø Must be able to lift 300 pounds using a dolly Ø Must be able to lift 100 pounds with team lifting Ø Must be able to lift 50 pounds manually Ø Must be able to maneuver to all areas of casino Ø Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, kneel, twist, crawl and grip items Ø Must be able to be on feet for long periods of time Ø Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues Ø Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English Ø Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibrations, crowds and air quality including secondhand smoke Ø Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
