Job Description

Warm leads, a growing product line, and income that grows with you. Enviroguard makes and supplies professional-grade products that restoration and remediation contractors rely on every day: Phoenix foundation waterproofing, MaxGuard joist coatings, the REACT|EXTRACT remediation system, CleanZyme, Dutrion chlorine dioxide, MasonryGuard, and more. Our customers are the pros who dry out flooded basements, remediate mold, and restore homes after fire. We're growing, and we need someone who can grow with us. You won't be starting from scratch. You'll begin with a large database of existing customers and qualified leads, and our advertising sends new leads into the CRM every week. As we grow into new regions, you'll also research and pursue new opportunities in those markets. Your job is to turn those conversations into long-term customer relationships, and every account you build keeps paying you through ongoing commissions. Our customers should enjoy working with you. We're not looking for a hard-closer or a script-reader. We want someone warm and easygoing who puts people at ease from the first call. You'll be a helpful, knowledgeable resource customers look forward to hearing from, not a salesperson they dodge. What You'll Do Sales (your main focus) Work inbound and qualified leads from our CRM by phone, email, and follow-up Research and identify new business opportunities in our target growth regions Learn our products well enough to recommend the right system for each contractor's job Build and manage your own customer base, including reorders, account check-ins, and upsells Work with existing customers to generate referrals and collect reviews Coordinate orders and send updates to customers by phone, email, and SMS Keep the CRM accurate and up to date so nothing slips through Quote, close, and follow each order through to delivery Inventory & Shipping (part of the team, part of the job) Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time Help track inventory levels and flag low stock before it becomes a problem Receive incoming shipments and keep the warehouse organized Load and unload freight, including palletized orders What You Bring Outgoing and personable, the kind of person who builds instant rapport and makes customers feel relaxed A consultative, helpful approach: you'd rather solve a customer's problem than push a product A sense of fun and a good attitude that make you easy to work with, for customers and teammates alike Sales or customer-facing experience, with inside sales, B2B, or trades/construction supply a strong plus Confidence on the phone and the drive to follow up until the deal is done Self-starter who can research a market and find the right contractors to call on Organized and detail-oriented, whether you're in the CRM or on the warehouse floor Comfortable learning technical products (we'll train you) Able to lift up to 70 lbs and work on your feet in a warehouse setting Forklift experience or certification is a big plus Compensation & Growth $20/hour plus uncapped commission paid on collected revenue from your accounts Higher commission rate on new business you bring in, and ongoing commission on reorders from your customer base, so your income builds as your book grows Full-time from day one [Benefits, PTO, schedule details] A real career path: as the company expands, you can grow into outside sales or sales management, or, if operations is where you shine, into an operations management role Why Enviroguard You'll join a small, down-to-earth team that likes what we do and enjoys the people we do it for. You'll report directly to our President/CEO, so your results and ideas get seen right away. You'll get hands-on training in products that solve real problems for contractors across the country, and you'll get room to build something of your own. Whether your strengths lead you toward sales or operations, there's room here to lead. Ready to build your book of business? Apply today.
