Position Summary As a Night Auditor, you are responsible for overseeing the hotel during overnight hours—balancing the day's financials, maintaining security, and delivering excellent guest service. This role combines front desk responsibilities with accounting accuracy and independent decision-making. Key Responsibilities Complete nightly audit procedures and ensure all systems are balanced accurately Prepare and distribute daily reports Check guests in and out during overnight hours Handle guest requests and resolve concerns independently Monitor hotel safety and security throughout the shift Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area Reconcile cash, credit cards, and room revenue Ensure compliance with all brand standards and company policies Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and stay productive overnight Basic computer and accounting skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Must be dependable—this role requires trust and accountability What We're Looking For Someone who is self-motivated and doesn't need constant supervision Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Calm, confident decision-maker Professional and guest-focused—even at 3:00 AM Someone who takes ownership of their shift from start to finish Why Join Us Competitive pay Quiet, structured work environment Opportunity for growth within our hotel portfolio of over 50 properties Be part of a new hotel opening—help set the standard from day one Apply Today If you're reliable, detail-driven, and comfortable owning the overnight shift—we want to meet you.
