This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth overnight hotel operations while providing exceptional guest service and completing daily financial and reporting tasks. Hilton experience is preferred. Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours Perform guest check-ins and check-outs Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions and reports Complete end-of-day audit procedures accurately and on time Answer phones and respond to guest requests professionally Monitor hotel security and ensure a safe environment overnight Communicate important updates to management and incoming staff Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas Follow all Hilton brand and guest service standards Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred Hilton experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working independently overnight Basic computer and cash-handling experience required Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
