Night Auditor Jacksonville, TX 75766 Part-time, Full-time Part-time, Full-time Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between guest services and hotel operations during overnight hours. Nighy Auditor, you will oversee front desk operations, handle guest inquiries, and perform financial audits—all while creating a welcoming environment for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service around the clock! Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and guest support Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, reservations, and account adjustments Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with a positive attitude and effective solutions Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure operational accuracy Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility issues efficiently Collaborate with other front desk team members with front desk duties. Keep front desk organized and a clean safe environment Complete a checklist of daily duties for your shift. Light cleaning of the property and work area Stock items received during your shift Assist with any incomplete duties or needed task assignments that were not completed that day. Keep a balanced register at the front desk. Cash counting and giving correct change. Keeping guest supplies stocked Light duties and set up to help staff prepare for that days breakfast. Communication with management Reporting to management or appropriate departments any guest concerns, wants or needs if unable to assist. Experience Previous experience in hotel or hospitality, front desk operations, or hospitality management is highly preferred Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests Familiarity with hotel property management software, reservation systems, and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards in a resort or hotel setting Experience working overnight shifts in a hospitality environment is desirable but not mandatory A passion for delivering outstanding guest services and creating memorable experiences Knowledge of the brand standards and learning loyalty programs Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels exceptional hospitality!
