  • Part-time, Full-time Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel during overnight hours.
This dynamic role combines the responsibilities of front desk operations, guest services, and financial reconciliation to ensure a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining the safety and security of the property. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a positive environment that encourages guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during nighttime hours Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and guest support Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations records Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented mindset Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols, and controlling access to the hotel premises Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Exceptional phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security Previous hotel experience or resort background is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
