As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night visitors and ensure all financial and operational records are accurately maintained. Duties Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor. Check in and check out guests efficiently, handling reservations, billing, and payment processing with accuracy. Manage multi-line phone systems, answer guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions using excellent phone etiquette. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, reconciling financial transactions and preparing reports to ensure accuracy for the next day's operations. Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized, welcoming, and reflective of high hospitality standards. Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to enhance overall satisfaction. Document incidents or irregularities during shift shifts through detailed reports, communicating effectively with management as needed. Skills Strong background in hospitality management and hotel experience, with a focus on guest services and front desk operations. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse guests effectively. Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems to ensure smooth overnight financial reconciliation. Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems. Proven ability to handle guest relations with tact and diplomacy while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
