Night Shift Mill Operator

Night Shift Mill Operator Reicks View Farms Reicks View Farms is seeking a Night Shift Mill Operator to join our feed mill team. As a Mill Operator, you'll have the following responsibilities:

• Review daily production records
• Schedule feed production
• Schedule employee shifts
• Assist in evaluating employee and equipment production
• Facilitate ingredient and feed sampling program
• Maintain standard operating procedures
• Perform various tests to ensure efficiency and performance standards are met The ideal candidate is a team player, with basic mechanical skills and the ability to work in confined spaces and at higher elevations.

Previous feed mill or elevator experience is a plus but not necessary. This position averages 50-60 hours per week and works Sunday-Thursday.
