RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide direct nursing care to residents overnight Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor patient status and respond to changes Document care accurately and timely Collaborate with on-call and interdisciplinary teams

REQUIREMENTS

Active RN license Reliable and independent work ethic for night shift Strong communication and critical thinking skills Long-term care experience preferred, not required
