  • assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming and mobility needs
  • provide encouragement and emotional support
  • help residents move safely in and out of bed, chairs or wheelchairs
  • escort or transport residents to appointments and activities
  • observe, monitor and report changes in health, behavior or needs
  • document care provided and follow established protocols
  • attend ongoing educational in-services what you'll bring
  • must be 18 years or older
  • a friendly, patient and professional attitude
  • strong people skills and empathy
  • commitment to helping residents feel safe and supported
  • ability to remain observant and detail-oriented
