Opening Soon What You'll Do:
Oversee daily kitchen operations including food prep, cooking, and service Work alongside the team, stepping in as needed during peak times or staffing gaps Recruit, hire, and onboard team members while building a strong talent pipeline Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor costs to support efficient operations Train, coach, and develop team members Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Conduct routine inspections of kitchen operations and equipment Foster a positive, accountable team environment
What We're Looking For:
Management experience in food service, or kitchen operations Hands-on cooking experience with the ability to lead while working alongside the team Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe preferred) Experience in proactive recruiting and building a strong talent pipeline Experience with managing inventory, ordering, and cost control Strong organizational and multitasking skills Strong leadership and communication skills Open availability
Experience and Education:
Experience in kitchen or food service management Hands-on cooking experience High school education or equivalent Degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or Business Administration preferred. Bilingual a plus
