Nurse Clinician

Medicap Home Medical is looking for a dependable, full-time Nurse Clinician for our Creston, IA location. Successful candidates must be a nurse (RN or LPN) or a registered or certified respiratory therapist (RRT or CRT) with exceptional customer service skills, computer skills, and organizational skills. Responsibilities include in person customer service, as well as answering phones, verifying insurance, ordering products, performing equipment set ups in store, communication with healthcare professionals and insurance billing. Criminal background check required. This position does require the ability to participate in a telephone-based on-call rotation, with some evening and weekend hours required. Qualifications and Skills High School Diploma or GED. Be a Nurse (RN or LPN) or a Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) Strong Communication Skills. Attention to Detail. Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions. Basic competencies using a smartphone, iPad, and desktop computer. Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus. Clean driving record Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
