The Certified Nurse Midwife will join a healthcare organization known for a mission-driven, patient-first culture, strong clinical quality and safety, and positive momentum across news and community channels. Within the Women's Services environment, the Certified Nurse Midwife will contribute to a comprehensive maternity and obstetrics ecosystem featuring specialized women's health services designed for complex cases and compassionate, family-centered care; this hospital is recognized as a top-ranked medium hospital and operates with 90+ beds, ensuring the Certified Nurse Midwife benefits from robust resources while preserving a close-knit culture across labor, antepartum, triage, cesarean birth, and postpartum couplet care.
Reporting to a seasoned Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager and collaborating closely with the Women's Services leadership team, the Certified Nurse Midwife will be supported by experienced L&D nurses, OB hospitalists, anesthesiology, and neonatology working together in a respectful, diverse, and highly skilled care team.
