• Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGNP) to join an inpatient healthcare team in Pasadena, MD.

This role focuses on providing high-quality patient care, supporting safe medical withdrawal management, and ensuring continuity of care within a collaborative clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or inpatient care settings and will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, history & physical examinations, and admission evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Order, interpret, and review laboratory results and diagnostic tests
• Prescribe and manage medications, including withdrawal management medications
• Monitor patient progress and respond to medical concerns promptly
• Collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate patient care and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance
• Utilize

EMR/EMAR

systems for medication administration and clinical documentation

• Coordinate referrals and continuity of care as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation coverage
• Qualifications
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (FNP or AGNP)
• Current state licensure required
• DEA and CDS licenses required
• Minimum of 1+ year of Nurse Practitioner Required
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment strongly (Required)
• Familiarity with Kipu
