This position supports the overall clinic operations including client care clearances, client care, program/membership/product education and sales, inventory management, and actively participates in achieving revenue goals. Candidate's Responsibilities Administer Good Faith Exams and review blood panel results with clients to provide clearance for Lindora services Mix & administer all IV hydration services Evaluate client needs and provide nutritional education, menu planning and client coaching using the Lindora client experience model Regularly administer vitamin injections Routinely take client vitals to include blood pressure, pulse, body composition and measurements Document all collected client information clearly and correctly in the company EMR system Provide coaching to staff of LVNs Complete intravenous blood withdrawals, sample preparation and procedure documentation Refer clients to the medical provider as needed for medication assessment Confidently recommend and sell Lindora products to clients to assist them on their wellness journey Assist in inventory management of medical products and supplies Adhere to all company policies, procedures and standards of care Experience/Requirements 3+ year nursing experience in acute care setting 1+ year experience in HRT Weight management experience, preferred Blood withdrawal (IV Certification) Valid Nursing License (NP) Valid CPR Certification Ability to work weekdays/nights/weekends Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email. Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment. An affinity and passion for helping clients achieve their goals Highly organized, medical charting compliant Professional, punctual, reliable and neat. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information. Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public. Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
