Impact Health is Looking for a Nurse Practitioner to cover Harrison, Maine!! Impact Health PC, a leading advanced practitioner group in skilled nursing facilities across the Northeast, that is dedicated to prioritizing patient care. We specialize in Medical, Psychiatric Services, Wound Care and Palliative Care. Are you looking to thrive in a collaborative environment that values your expertise and independence? Compensation and Benefits:
Earning potential: $110,000
  • 200,000 (salary based on experience + easily achieved monthly bonuses)
Flexible Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday.
No on-call, weekends, or holidays. Generous Paid Time Off 401(k) Comprehensive Health Benefits Malpractice insurance provided License reimbursement and partial CEU support Paid training and onboarding Ongoing education and clinical support, including physician-level consult access
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practices Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care Educate patients, families, and staff Complete timely documentation (within 24 hours) Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settings
Qualifications:
Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience Experience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, emergency departments, or
ICU/SICU
