Northwest Ohio (Putnam or Allen County preferred) About the Role We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing wound care team. This is a mobile, field-based role providing care across multiple counties in Northwest Ohio. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, enjoys a dynamic work environment, and is confident managing patients in the field with remote clinical support available. Primary Coverage Area (Immediate Need) Candidate should reside in or near Putnam or Allen County and will provide coverage across: Paulding Defiance Henry Wood Hancock Hardin Allen Van Wert Secondary Coverage Area (

Future Need:

6-12 weeks) Candidate should reside in one of the following counties: Tuscarawas Harrison Carroll Coverage may include: Tuscarawas Harrison Carroll Jefferson Columbiana (Potentially) Holmes, Coshocton, and Guernsey Schedule & Flexibility Monday-Friday availability required Flexible scheduling with autonomy to structure patient visits Providers may adjust schedules as needed (e.g., personal appointments), while remaining available for communication and support through the business day Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $125,000

• 130,000 (depending on experience) Increased base ($135,000
• 140,000) for candidates with wound care certification Mileage reimbursement Travel reimbursement (as applicable) Continuing education allowance Medical, dental, vision insurance Qualifications Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Wound care experience preferred (including RN background experience) Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently Comfortable in a mobile, field-based environment Willingness to ask questions and engage with remote support when needed Preferred Certifications (not required): WCC (Wound Care Certified) WOCN (Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing) CWS (Certified Wound Specialist•ABWM) What We're Looking For Autonomous and self-motivated clinician Strong time management and organizational skills Comfortable working independently in the field Team-oriented with good communication skills Confident in clinical decision-making with appropriate escalation when needed

Pay:

$125,000.00
