Schedule:

You model exceptional service, have a strong understanding of dining operations, and bring enthusiasm to training and supporting team members while ensuring a positive dining experience for residents. Responsibilities Leads the day-to-day operations of the public campus dining areas, including (not limited to) training, scheduling, and supervising; in charge when Director of Dining is off campus Ensures departmental compliance with all the local, state, federal and facility rules and regulations Establishes inventory per levels necessary to meet operational needs (silverware, dishes, lines, office supplies, uniforms, etc.) within public campus dining options Assists in monitoring programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery and resident satisfaction. Visits residents, family members, and guests during mealtime(s) to evaluate the quality of meals served and to invite feedback regrading menu selection, food taste, presentation, and service. Wash dishes and maintain sanitation standards, ensuring utensils and equipment are ready Assists in Development and recommends strategies/tactics to ensure the highest level of quality in resident dining services, nutrition, and meal preparation. Set performance standards, measures outcomes, and implements correction action to meet the campus's service goals. Instills in staff a concept of elegant dining for the residents. Requirements Associates degree in Hospitality or related field preferred A minimum of 3 years previous supervisory experience required A minimum of 3 years related to Fine Dining, experience in a continuous care retirement community, hospital, or similar facility preferred.
