Residential and Commercial Service Plumber

Responsibilities :

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and fixture problems. Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, drainage systems, and water heaters. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Respond to plumbing emergencies and provide quick, effective solutions. Communicate professionally with clients, explaining issues and recommended repairs. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Adhere to all relevant safety policies and procedures. Accurately document estimations, repairs, and parts used.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Service Plumber. Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and tools. Ability to interpret blueprints and building codes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong customer service and communication skills. Clean driving record and valid driver's license. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to perform the demands of the job, including climbing, standing, and lifting.
