We are seeking to add the following position to our quality team: Nurse Practitioner Description PedIM Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an FNP at PedIM Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and interpretation of diagnostic tests, diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients of all ages, addressing acute and chronic health conditions, prescribe medications, therapies, and provide patient education as needed. Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. Adhere to state and federal regulations and the policies of PedIM Healthcare.Requirements:
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (FNP). Current, unrestricted state FNP license. National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. CPR and BLS certifications. Interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to provide patient-centered approach to healthcare. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals. Willingness to perform continuing education to stay current with medical advances and best practices. Employer conducts pre-employment drug screens as well as reference and background checks.Work Schedule:
Full time/ M-F 8:30AM-5PM / Rotating on-call scheduleSalary:
