Required Qualifications:

Current LPN license from the State Board of Nursing. Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program. Current BLS/CPR certification; experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Patient Care and Medication Administration :

Deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor patient responses, and report any concerns to the RN Supervisor or physician.

Team Supervision and Leadership :

Assign tasks, coach, and evaluate Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs), ensuring quality outcomes and adherence to policies.

Care Planning and Documentation :

Participate in care planning, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
