Flexible working hours In home services Competitive wages We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team in a way that works for them! Full time hours are available and would include a combination of overseeing a COTA and carrying your own patient caseload. help our clients regain as much mobility and independence as possible. We also have availability for part-time and PRN OTR's in the area, which would have an increased focus on evaluations, progress reports, and re-certs/DC. The job duties include providing and/or overseeing occupational therapy for individuals with a variety of conditions and returning them to their max functional ability, with a focus on improving each patient's quality of life. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about various medical conditions, be able to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions, have good time management, and organization, and the ability to build positive relationships and trust with patients.

Responsibilities:

Completing initial evaluations, progress notes, re-certifications, and discharges Overseeing COTA on any assigned therapy cases Provide hands-on treatment to patients Meeting all standard of documentation, patient care, and company policies.
