  • Full-time Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required.

This full-time, onsite assignment offers a chance to make a meaningful impact as you deliver Occupational Therapy services to K-12 students. With a focused caseload of 20 students, you'll have the space to foster progress and build supportive relationships.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Current Occupational Therapist licensure Experience in school-based Occupational Therapy highly preferred Comfortable working with K-12 populations Strong organizational and documentation abilities Leadership skills to effectively supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) Excellent communication skills for collaboration with school teams and families
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct Occupational Therapy services tailored to individual education plans (IEPs) Conduct comprehensive evaluations and write assessment reports Oversee and mentor two COTAs, ensuring high-quality support for students Develop individualized treatment plans to help students achieve their goals Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff for integrated care Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all educational and clinical standards In this pivotal role, your expertise will play a crucial part in student success, while a competitive pay rate of $40
