Join our home health team and work one-on-one with patients in their homes—on a schedule that fits your availability. We're seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN visits in the Tampa area .

What You'll Do:

Provide in-home therapy under the supervision of a Registered OT Follow individualized treatment plans and physician orders Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home safety Monitor progress and communicate updates to the clinical team Complete timely, accurate documentation

What You Need:

Active Florida COTA license Graduate of an accredited OTA program (ACOTE) NBCOT certification (or eligible) Minimum 1 year of home health experience (required) Strong communication and documentation skills Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
