Central Texas Farm Credit, ACA is a financial institution that provides loans for agriculture, agribusiness, as well as farm and ranch real estate. We are headquartered in Early and have seven branch offices located in Brady, Early, Coleman, Comanche, Haskell, San Angelo, and San Saba which service 20 counties in central Texas. We have been part of the Farm Credit System, the national source of financing for agriculture and rural America, for more than 100 years and have total assets in excess of $800 million.
Job Purpose and Scope:
The primary scope of this position is to support business development efforts by providing excellent and knowledgeable customer service as a first line of customer contact either by in-person contact or telephone support. Additionally, this position will perform loan administration, content management, and other office administration daily.
Essential Functions:
Answers and routes incoming calls, greets vendors, customers, and other visitors. Provides excellent customer service on a routine basis by answering customer inquiries and resolving customer issues and concerns. Administers electronic loan file processes for the branch office. Maintains knowledge and demonstrates ability to use IT systems used in lending and office administration. Collects loan payments and performs related tasks required to service loans. Operates a variety of standard office equipment, which may include computers, paper shredders, telephones, photocopiers, fax machines, and scanners. Assists lending staff with loan workflow management. Assists staff with special projects as assigned, including marketing and community events.
Summary of Desired/Required Education and Experience Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent, minimum of one-year experience in customer service and/or general office/clerical area. Strong work ethic that supports a willingness to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy. Excellent oral and written communication skills General knowledge of office equipment and systems, and records management. Basic skill level in Microsoft Office applications.
