Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team and help keep our daily operations running smoothly. This vital role offers an energetic environment where your proactive attitude and exceptional organizational skills will shine. As an Office Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact, manage administrative tasks, and support various office functions to ensure efficiency and professionalism across all departments. This paid position provides an excellent opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere. Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phones
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, maintaining office supplies, light cleaning, and organizing
  • Process Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Set up new vendors, customers, and jobs
  • Assist with job cost tracking
  • Maintain overall office organization and appearance Knowledge and Skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills preferred
Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
