Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, organized, and professional individual to join our office team. This position plays an important role in supporting daily office operations and providing excellent service to clients. Responsibilities Greeting clients and maintaining a welcoming office environment Answering and directing phone calls while assisting with client communication Organizing and processing client documentation and information confidentially Scheduling appointments and managing office/advisor calendars Processing completed tax returns and assisting with payroll or bookkeeping tasks as needed Maintaining office organization, including mail and deliveries Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and office systems in daily operations Experience Professional office experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel QuickBooks, bookkeeping, or payroll experience preferred but not required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently Professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality are essential We are looking for someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and able to contribute to a professional and team-oriented office environment.
