00 per hour (based on experience) About Us Snowbelt Hardwoods is a family-owned hardwood lumber manufacturer supplying kiln-dried lumber to customers across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. We operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are looking to add a dependable individual to support our office and logistics operations. Position Overview We are seeking an Office & Logistics Coordinator whose primary role will be to assist our Office Managers and Owners with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. This new position, is a hands-on position that requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. You will play a key role in helping keep daily operations running smoothly while also learning multiple office functions to provide coverage when needed. 32-40 Hours per week Key Responsibilities Logistics & Scheduling Communicate schedules with our company & outside truck drivers Prepare all required Export paperwork for outgoing shipments Arrange outside trucking, negotiate freight rates, and coordinate logistics Request container bookings for domestic and international shipments Dispatch trucks for container and shipment movements Administrative & Office Support Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll support Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner Assist walk-in customers and truck drivers Complete miscellaneous reports and tasks as assigned Documentation & Operations Prepare and manage inventory and production paperwork Ensure accuracy and organization of all shipping and operational documents Cross-Training & Coverage Work closely with office managers and ownership to learn day-to-day operations Provide coverage for staff during vacations or absences Support multiple departments as needed Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person) Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Experience in office administration, accounting, or logistics is a plus (not required) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $17
