In this vital role, you will oversee daily office activities, coordinate administrative tasks, and support team members to foster a productive and welcoming workplace. Your proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities will be key to driving efficiency and maintaining a positive office atmosphere. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity for an energetic professional eager to contribute to a thriving organization. Duties Manage day-to-day office operations, including overseeing front desk activities and multi-line phone systems to ensure seamless communication. Coordinate calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with precision using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records to support administrative functions Support personal assistant duties such as travel arrangements, correspondence management, and document preparation for executives or team members. Skills ding timely assistance to callers. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with accounting experience preferred. Familiarity with Acumatica or other bookkeeping software for basic financial tasks such as invoicing and record-keeping. Strong computer literacy including data entry, proofreading, filing systems, and general office technology use. Time management skills that enable efficient handling of multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Previous experience as an accountant with previous knowledge of Construction. Willing to go out in the field and get your hands dirty during training.

$75,000.00 per year
