Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, and proficient Office Manager to aid in the organization and management of the company's daily operations. We request that only serious inquiries be submitted. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to perform various office support tasks while effectively managing responsibilities under pressure. This individual will be expected to pay attention to detail and implement innovative and efficient methods to enhance productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
Prior experience in office administration and bookkeeping is preferred. Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential. Responsible for data entry into QuickBooks. Familiarity with basic accounting procedures, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Strong skills in Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive. Understanding of computer systems relevant to estimating, invoicing, supply ordering, and other tasks. Capability to create and compile documents and reports. Maintain accurate and valid records. Schedule and organize appointments. Provide excellent customer service. Ability to perform effectively under pressure, managing interruptions while collaborating with diverse groups. Comprehensive understanding of office protocols. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to address challenges constructively. Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy are imperative. Ability to prioritize office workflow and make informed decisions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. Demonstrate the capacity to support multiple individuals and projects while transitioning smoothly between tasks and responsibilities. Address office-related issues and respond to requests efficiently. Coordinate with colleagues to ensure adherence to established policies. Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and associates. Organize the office environment and assist colleagues in various capacities. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary. Must be comfortable in a construction setting. Must possess the ability to navigate stressful situations effectively. A background or knowledge in the commercial construction industry would be advantageous.
