This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, staying organized, solving problems, and helping keep a growing business running smoothly. You'll work closely with company leadership and support several areas of the business including accounting administration, invoicing, customer communication, reporting, and office coordination. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks Assist with bookkeeping and accounting functions using QuickBooks Online Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and help close monthly financials Run reports and assist leadership with financial visibility Coordinate with outside accountants and vendors Support customer service operations via phone and email Help manage internal communication and workflow organization Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks and documentation Maintain organized records and office systems Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed Qualifications Previous Office Manager, Administrative, or Operations experience Strong accounting/bookkeeping background required Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment Proficient with spreadsheets, email, and general office software Ability to work independently and collaboratively Preferred Experience Small business experience Ecommerce or retail operations experience Experience managing invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting Familiarity with shipping/logistics operations is a plus How You Know You're Right for This Role You're highly organized and naturally keep things on track You enjoy balancing numbers, systems, and people You have accounting or bookkeeping experience and actually like working with financial details You're comfortable jumping between customer service, accounting, operations, and problem-solving throughout the day You communicate clearly and professionally, both in person and through email/phone You thrive in a growing small business environment where priorities can shift quickly You take ownership of your work and don't need constant supervision You notice details others miss and take pride in accuracy You're dependable, calm under pressure, and willing to pitch in where needed You want to be part of a company with a strong culture, meaningful products, and a team-first mentality Compensation Philosophy Final compensation will reflect the experience, accounting knowledge, organizational ability, customer service skills, and level of ownership a candidate brings to the role.
