The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and at least 2 years housekeeping/laundry experience in healthcare setting. This is a working supervisory position with a small team of partners. This means you will be working shifts alongside your direct reports with time carved out for supervisory tasks. Some weekends required. Ensure that housekeepers clean patient bathrooms including sinks, toilets, tubs and showers Ensure that housekeepers empty garbage cans in patient rooms, patient bathrooms, activity areas and other areas throughout the center Ensure that patient areas are clean, including mopping and/or buffing floors, dusting furniture both on top and underneath Ensure that hallways are clean of debris, mopped, stripped and buffed following company and center policies and procedures Why NHC? Supervisory experience preferred. Must be able to read and understand standard English. Effective customer service skills. Compassion towards our patients and residents.
