We are seeking two Office Specialist IIs in the Portland, OR region! Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced environment in an office setting. Ability to work with the public. Demonstrated experience providing exceptional customer service. Ability to manage several tasks with frequent interruptions. Ability to interpret and communicate complex rules and procedures with a diverse audience. Ability to type 30 words per minute with high accuracy. Responsibilities and Duties Take photos for customers who have applied for identification. Inspect vehicles and verify VIN numbers. Requires working outside in weather conditions. Attend required training sessions outside of the region. Answer complex questions providing excellent customer service and professionalism.
