As a Standard Work Coordinator at the Caterpillar Clayton, Ohio facility, you will be responsible for developing visual and graphics-based work instructions for material handling and warehousing functions required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies. Starting Wage:

$20.29 per hour Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Creating digital standard work using pictures, videos, and text for Associates to utilize when performing job specific functions. Coordinate with Work Area Supervisor for access to parts to develop content for standard work such as videos and pictures.

Essential Job Functions:

Occasionally lift parts up to 50 pounds individually or up to 100 pounds as team lift. Occasional bending, reaching, and squatting while performing tasks. Consistent usage of required PPE for task being performed. Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures. Standing and/or sitting at a desk while performing tasks. Required Qualifications may include, but are not limited to: Experience with photo and video editing software. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Experience in understanding and explaining processes and work procedures Experience with Microsoft office suite applications. Ability to adhere to attendance policies

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

A certification or associate degree in information technology or other multimedia-related field of focus or in the pursuit of earning one. Portfolio and/or examples of previous work available upon request Good attendance record.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes. Summary Pay Range:
