Krazy Kleanings is looking for ONE reliable, professional and detail-oriented kleaner to join our growing team and take over an existing klient schedule while assisting with additional case-by-case kleanings. Experience is preferred, but beginners are welcome! We're willing to train the right person who is dependable, motivated and willing to learn the Krazy Kleanings way.
YOUR KLIENT SCHEDULE
The selected kleaner will initially take over: 1 weekly recurring klient 1 biweekly recurring klient Additional case-by-case kleanings as they become available This is a part-time/on-call position. Hours are NOT guaranteed and may change weekly based on klient bookings. Team members must provide availability within our general 8 AM-4 PM scheduling window. Krazy Kleanings will schedule klients around the shifts/availability provided. Once you are scheduled for an accepted shift, you are expected to fulfill that shift. If you become unavailable, you must communicate the change as soon as possible.

REQUIREMENTS
Applicants MUST:
Be 18 years or older Have reliable personal transportation Have a valid driver's license Be willing and able to travel throughout Cleveland, Northeast Ohio and approximately 25 miles outside our primary service area when needed Be available for scheduling between 8 AM-4 PM based on submitted availability Be dependable and punctual Communicate schedule changes promptly Be comfortable working independently Be comfortable entering and working inside klient homes Follow klient instructions and Krazy Kleanings standards Be able to perform physical kleaning duties, including bending, standing, reaching and lifting typical household kleaning items Maintain professionalism and respect klient privacy Previous kleaning experience is preferred but NOT required. Beginners are welcome to apply. UNIFORM Krazy Kleanings provides your company uniform shirt.
Kleaners are responsible for wearing:
Black pants or black leggings Closed-toe shoes Crocs are permitted Provided Krazy Kleanings shirt Team members are expected to arrive neat, presentable and ready to represent the company professionally.

OUR 2-PART INTERVIEW PROCESS
We're using an
OPEN INTERVIEW PROCESS
to find the right person—not just the first person who applies. PART 1 — Phone/Video Interview A short conversation covering your availability, transportation, work history, reliability, communication and why you're interested in joining Krazy Kleanings. Applicants who are a good fit will move to Part 2. PART 2 — In-Person Interview We'll meet in person to discuss expectations, scheduling, klient service, dress code, pay, training and the day-to-day responsibilities of representing Krazy Kleanings. Selected candidates will then enter our 1-week paid training period at $13/hour. After successfully completing training, the selected kleaner will begin earning their regular $18-$20/hour rate and can begin taking over assigned klients.
