Onsite Leasing Agent - New Development (LIC, NY) About the Opportunity MNS is seeking a motivated, polished, and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our onsite team at a luxury new development in Long Island City. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a high-profile property while delivering an elevated leasing experience to prospective residents. We're looking for someone who is energetic, professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate understands the importance of hospitality, relationship building, and creating a seamless experience from first tour to signed lease. Responsibilities Conduct property tours and present available apartments to prospective renters Deliver a high-level customer experience throughout the leasing process Respond to leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, concessions, and building amenities Track prospect activity and update CRM systems accurately Assist with marketing initiatives, open houses, and resident events Build strong relationships with prospects, residents, and team members Support overall leasing goals and occupancy targets Qualifications Previous onsite leasing experience on a new development project is a must Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional presentation and positive attitude Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Highly organized and detail-oriented Weekend availability required NY Real Estate License What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and team-first mentality Confidence interacting with clients and prospects Ability to create a polished, luxury-level experience Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership Comfortable working onsite and managing day-to-day leasing activity Why Join MNS?
