Job Description

Metya Financial Services Company is seeking a motivated and dependable Administrative & Operations Assistant to join our team. We are a professional firm offering tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and consulting services to individuals and businesses. This is a full-time position with long-term growth opportunities beyond tax season. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual with a positive "can-do" attitude who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys taking on a variety of responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing a wide range of responsibilities, including administrative support, operational projects, reporting, accounts receivable assistance, and general office coordination. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the owner and office manager Assist with project management, project coordination, and ongoing project maintenance Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and client databases Create, monitor, and maintain client records, including follow-ups, updates, and note-taking Prepare materials for meetings, assist with meeting coordination, and document meeting notes, action items, and task assignments Run reports and assist with internal tracking and organization Assist with accounts receivable support and follow-up tasks Perform general office administrative duties, clerical support, and occasional office errands Answer phones, assist clients, and support daily office operations as needed Qualifications Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and time management abilities Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office setting Experience with CRM software, administrative support, bookkeeping, or accounting services is a plus We are looking for someone who is dependable, flexible, and eager to grow with our company while contributing to a positive and professional office environment.
