Job Description:
Supports department operations, maintains appointment calendars, and communicates with multi-level functions. Collaborates with other departments to arrange meetings, catering, and appointments. Creates, compiles, and maintains various department reports, forms, spreadsheets, and documents. Assists with special project coordination and oversight. Manages daily office operations of patient registration, intake, and payment collection using EPIC. Processes daily invoices and coordinates patient catering. Performs confidential correspondence with executives and coordinates complex appointments between multiple departments. Creates and maintains clinic schedules and appointments in advance, respond to unexpected changes, and communicates with multiple departments. Supports administrative services with email campaigns, scheduling, and booking paperwork for executive assessments. Monitors and communicates with executives in shared inboxes. Schedules appointments, sends confirmation emails, and follows up with patients. Other duties as assigned.

Education:
  • Associate [Required]
  • Bachelor's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
  • 2 years
  • in relevant discipline such as Business, Health Services, Public Administration, or related field
Work Experience:
  • 3+ office/customer service/ secretarial [Required]
