Operations & Office Assistant (PART-TIME) Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and versatile Part-Time Administrative & Field Support Assistant to help support both office operations and day-to-day business needs. This position is perfect for someone who is proactive, dependable, and willing to handle a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. No two days are the same in this role — from assisting in the office to running deliveries and helping maintain a professional workspace, this team member will play an important role in keeping operations running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Deliver estimates, bids, permits, and documents to clients Assist with office inventory and ordering supplies Greet customers and assist with front desk responsibilities Answer phones and direct calls professionally Help with filing, scheduling, data entry, and administrative support Run company errands and assist with pickups or deliveries Support project managers and office staff with miscellaneous tasks Help prepare materials for meetings or jobs when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the office Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Valid driver's license with dependable transportation Basic computer and office software knowledge Ability to work independently and take initiative Schedule & Pay Part-time position Flexible scheduling available Hourly pay based on experience What We Offer Supportive team environment Flexible hours Opportunity for growth and expanded responsibilities A hands-on role with variety each day #HSS1
